CHALLENGE
We were to start an advertising campaign to introduce a mind-blowing residential complex to Tymen and its citizens. The biggest issue was too much advertisements designed by our local developers. So, it was highly crucial to come up with a brand-new fresh concept.


INSIGHT
Why do people strive to purchase their own accommodation?
We did lots of research into the issue and realized that people are  basically guided by various motifs when buying accommodation. As a result, we got the insight :  individuals are naturally willing to change their life for better: have more space, reside in a more prestigious neighborhood and own their own home instead of renting accommodation.



SOLUTION
Our advertising campaign features three stories about improving people’s life: 
 1. Semen who shares his room with his sibling brother
2. Yura and Nastya who rent an apartment
3. Ivan who still lives with his parents
